  • Independent Living – Colonial Oaks Retirement Center was designed for seniors who are still able to live independently. Seniors have several choices to pick from, spacious one and two bedroom suites to large luxurious patio homes. Come and join us for a lunch time treat that will draw you back for seconds. Stay the afternoon and participate in other social activities or head out with a group on special outings that will surely create memories. You are free to enjoy your privacy, or be as socially engaged as you wish. Come by for a visit, talk to our residents and see why Colonial Oaks Retirement Center’s lifestyle is truly unique.
  • Assisted Living – Seniors at Colonial Oaks Assisted Living Center who require more assistance with activities of daily living will appreciate the support of our assisted living staff. Individuals may select from a variety of specialized services. These services become a part of a tailored care plan that support our residents as needed while allowing them to enjoy the greatest degree of independence. From educational sessions, crafts, and musical entertainment to shopping trips we will keep you busy while maintaining your interest of being independent.
  • Skilled Nursing FacilityColonial Oaks Health and Rehab provides short-term, subacute care and long term skilled nursing care for those who need help attaining or maintaining their highest physical, social, and emotional well-being. Medical services on campus include physician, and psychiatric consultation, podiatry, dental care, pain management and emergency services. Physical, occupational and speech therapists, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, activity therapists, hospice staff and case managers work closely with the patient and family to achieve a common goal of maximum dignity, function and well-being. This goal is to renew life’s special moments through a continuum of care in an atmosphere of “being home with friends”.
