TLC Management has earned the the reputation of being a leading health care provider.
After its incorporation in 1987, TLC struck out on a mission to build the business by applying
traditional values along with key principles of leadership and a quest for quality service.
This successful mission has been implemented throughout TLC’s business portfolio.

As a health care provider, our philosophy has been to provide a continuum of care
byoffering a variety of choices. These choices include health and rehabilitation centers
and assisted living and retirement centers. In addition, TLC offers specialized services for
those individuals seeking hospice through New Hope
Hospice; and a long-term acute care hospital for pulmonary and chronic needs;
Integra Specialty Hospital.
